Maiden flight today at the RC model Aeroclub, (windy conditions) have some issues with a faulty ESC. causing the Spirit acting nasty (1:36 & 3:23 min) when applying more (>50%) throttle, need to replace ESC.

The most recent test flight of the Beta prototype was conducted on 26 june 2015 at the RC model flying club in Eindhoven the Netherlands.  The prototype performed as expected, but improvements to the PID's will be considered to increase YAW stability.

The prototype seems a little bit underpowered, great for cruising but for 3D manouvres it needs some higher Kv motors and probably 4S lipo.

The following maneuvers were successfully completed:

• Flying straight and level
• Big and small turns
• Pirouettes
• Hovering on the spot

The following maneuvers need to be completed

• Flips
• Rolls
• FFF (fast forward flight)
